Here’s the exact LinkedIn networking hack that worked for me to land my first job in Qatar👇

Networking is the quickest way to land a job or client on LinkedIn.

We all know this
but no one really tells you how to do it.

Today, let’s talk about something most people get wrong
👉 LinkedIn Communication Strategy for Job Seekers

InshaAllah, by the end of this post,

you’ll know exactly how to make people respond to your messages.

Let’s start with one question:

Why would someone respond to your DM on LinkedIn?

If we’re honest,
people don’t reply to messages from someone they don’t know.

So how can you make them want to reply?

First of all:

1. Know who your future company is.
2. Know who would be your Head of Department (HOD) in that company.

If you know these two things,
you’re already in the right direction.

If not, pause everything and figure this out first.

Once you’ve identified your target company and HOD,

make sure your LinkedIn profile is fully optimized for that job.

(If your profile isn’t optimized, none of these steps will work.
Check my post on LinkedIn Profile Optimization if you missed it.)

Now, follow this simple but powerful 11-step networking strategy 👇

1. Be the first person to comment on your future HOD’s posts.

2. Do this for 15–20 days consistently before sending any DM or connection request.

3. Once they view your profile or reply to your comment, send your connection request.

4. Research their other social media to learn their interests.

5. Send a thoughtful message mentioning what you found and how you’d love to learn more.

6. Wait for their reply, be patient.

7. Keep the conversation alive through comments and engagement.

8. Once you see a job opening, ask politely who’s handling the hiring.

9. They’ll likely ask for your resume.

10. Request their email to share it directly.

11. And that’s how you’ll land your first global job, InshaAllah.

This is the exact strategy that helped me move from Bangladesh to Qatar.

without paid tools,
just pure strategy
