Let me tell you one uncomfortable truth about LinkedIn.
Trust me — you’ll thank me for this later.
If I ask you to find anyone’s 19th Jan post from 2025,
you’ll get tired before you find it.
100% guaranteed.
Most people don’t post on LinkedIn because they think:
👉 “Recruiters will see this.”
Here’s the reality:
Recruiters don’t even know you exist.
On LinkedIn,
posts are visible to very few people
and only for a very short time.
This is how it actually works:
↳ Your post shows to a small group
↳ If someone engages, their network sees it
↳ If 2nd or 3rd-degree connections engage, their network sees it
↳ After a few days — it disappears
↳ Until your next post goes live
And then?
People forget everything.
Now tell me honestly:
👉 Why are you scared of being “seen”?
Quick test for you:
Can you find my post from 6 months ago right now?
You’ll get tired trying.
LinkedIn doesn’t even have a proper filter for old posts.
You have to scroll manually — and it’s useless.
So stop overthinking.
Post.
Share.
Speak.
LinkedIn forgets fast —
but your silence costs you long-term.
